Code of Conduct & Business Ethics Policy

1. Purpose

Supervision Technology (Pvt) Ltd. is committed to conducting its business with integrity, honesty, fairness, and professionalism. This Code of Conduct establishes the ethical standards and business principles that all directors, employees, contractors, and representatives of the Company are expected to follow.

2. Compliance with Laws

The Company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements of Sri Lanka and any other applicable legal obligations relating to its business operations.

3. Integrity and Ethical Business Practices

Employees and management shall:

  • Conduct business honestly and ethically.
  • Avoid fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Maintain accurate business and financial records.
  • Protect the reputation of the Company at all times.

4. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

Supervision Technology (Pvt) Ltd. has zero tolerance for bribery and corruption.

Employees shall not:

  • Offer, promise, request, or accept bribes.
  • Make improper payments to influence business decisions.
  • Engage in any corrupt or unethical business practice.

5. Conflicts of Interest

Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of the Company.

Any actual or potential conflict of interest must be disclosed to management immediately.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Confidential information shall not be disclosed without proper authorization except where required by law.

All directors, employees, and representatives are expected to comply with this Code of Conduct.

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action in accordance with Company policies.

Approval

This Code of Conduct has been approved by the Management of Supervision Technology (Pvt) Ltd. and shall apply to all employees and representatives of the Company.
